Under Wrapz

Found them on google. Went to visit their shop and they greeted me and were very friendly. Inquired about a wrap and they quoted me a good price along with blacking out my wheels and the grille, etc. They finished in 5 days and I was very pleased with the work. I recommend them and will be using their services again. Excellent work and customer service.

We're very disappointed with our experience. We paid Pinky $2,150 for a service that was never delivered. After we requested a refund, we were told there was a "no refunds" policy, but we never signed any agreement stating that such a policy existed. The communication throughout the process was poor, and the design process was frustrating from start to finish. I don't usually leave negative reviews or criticize small businesses, but this experience was unacceptable. After receiving payment, we were told the work was being completed during her "spare time." We paid for a professional service, not work that would only be done when time allowed. The limited work we did receive was extremely unsatisfactory and did not meet our expectations. As a result, we're out $2,150 with no completed work to show for it. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.

I was looking for something specific for my Jeep. My inquiry was responded to quickly. I explained what I was looking for with an example. Pinky was great to work with. The communication was wonderful and the mock ups were sent and worked on. I took my Jeep in and caught a ride to a local Starbucks while they worked their magic installing the decals. I cried when I saw it. It was beautiful! In fact I had them remake my hood decal because the side decals looked so amazing. Pinky took my inspiration and man she made it pop. They use air-release vinyl which release any small air bubbles. They were great to explain this to me, and told me if I had any problems to let them know. It was a great experience. I will update again in a few months, but I expect it to be another glowing review.

My experience with Under Wrapz has been wonderful. The owners are professional, accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with their service. From the moment I arrived at the shop I felt a warm and genuine spirit from the team. I immediately felt comfortable leaving my car with them and felt confident that the work would be completely well. The chrome delete work that was done on my Jaguar looks amazing! I will definitely be using them in the future for all of my wrap needs.
