in the last weekIn regards to the workmanship with installing my PPF, the technician was outstanding, my car looks great! Totally happy with the product. What I was not so happy with; I decided to wait for my car, and knowing it would take about 3 hours to complete, I would just pull up the internet and complete some work. This made more sense instead of having someone come pick me up then having to get a ride back to pickup the car that afternoon or the next day, since I live on the other side of the valley in Summerlin area. I asked if they had wifi service for the customers and was told no. So I had to use my phone data for 3 1/2 hours. How do you have a successful business and not provide wifi for customers waiting in your lobby? Second I use the rest room and washed my hands and founded no paper towels available to dry them with. I had to use toilet tissue to dry them. I told the young gentleman at the front desk about the lack of paper towels and he looked at me and said "sorry" and kept doing his work. Another customer said the same thing and nothing was done. You would think he would have told someone or went to the store room to see if there was some in there. Running a successful business for repeated customers should include basics things customer may need while they are waiting for their car and spending large sums of money at your business. You spent the time making sure your large TV repeatedly displays multiple videos of all your products, showing off high-end cars and care your employees put into completing the work, one would think wifi and paper towels would be a small consideration as a thank- you to your customers for their business and to make their wait a pleasant one.
